March Senior Dinner

Hi friends!  It's time to talk about our March Senior Dinner!!!!

 It will be Wednesday, March 28th!

This month's Senior Dinner is at Kristin's home:  1707 Taynton Circle, Kennesaw, 30152.  (Neighborhood is located behind the Publix that sits on the corner of Barrett Parkway & Old 41.  Parking can be a little tricky.  Be sure not to block the neighbors driveway!)

We will be meeting from 6-7:30!

Cost for the dinner is $3 to help us offset the cost of the food.  Please help us with this!

Please let us know that you are coming by using the form below, so that we can plan accordingly.

Y'all are awesome!  We've so enjoyed this special time with you!  Our last Senior Dinner will actually be our Senior Banquet which is Wednesday, May 2nd....so mark your calendars!

February Senior Dinner

It's time to discuss our February Senior Dinner on Wednesday, February 29th!  Yippee!

We're switching things up a little this month....and going out to eat to enjoy some fellowship with one another!

We are heading to LaParilla for some yummy mexican food (the one on Dallas highway---located at 2500 Dallas Highway, Suite 100, Marietta, GA).  Aren't y'all excited!  Meet us there at 6pm....bring enough money for your meal, and let us know you are coming so that we can make reservations!!!

Student Leadership

Hi friends!  I am excited to announce Student Leadership Twenty Twelve.  Student Leadership is open to all high school students that want to go further in their walk with the Lord.  The weekly meetings provide intentional teaching, accountability, discipleship, and being challenged in your walk with the Lord.  The Student Leadership team also has the opportunity of planning and leading the Middle School Retreat that is held in March.

Student Leadership Twenty Twelve will kick off on Sunday, January 8th at 5pm.  At this initial meeting we will pray about what Student Leadership will look like.  We will also discuss what it means to be on Student Leadership and you will have the opportunity to sign a covenant.

Before you jump on board, please prayerfully read through the Leadership Expectations listed below.  We will discuss these in detail on the 8th, along with other expectations, but pray through these and decide if this is something the Lord would have you to do in this new year.

LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS

• Be at all Leadership meetings on Sundays and be on time (5:00pm).
• Discuss ahead of time with Cory or Kristin if you know you have a conflict with a particular meeting.
• Be actively involved in Youth Group and your Cell Group
• Come and be a servant leader at our Middle School Retreat
• Be intentional and invest in middle school students throughout the week
• Be involved and supportive in your campus ministry (FCA, 1st Priority, etc)
